SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared and delivered from the date your order is confirmed.

We deliver across all emirates and areas of the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the emirate, city or delivery area, as well as during collection launches, peak periods, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order, as incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an update using the contact details provided with your order.
