RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please review the size guide provided with each product and ensure you select the correct size before completing your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to selecting an incorrect size or changing your mind after placing an order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs. Where reasonably possible, the item should remain unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging. We will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable UAE laws.

This policy does not affect any consumer rights provided under applicable UAE laws.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يرجى مراجعة دليل المقاسات المرفق مع كل منتج والتأكد من اختيار المقاس الصحيح قبل إتمام الطلب.

لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بسبب اختيار مقاس غير مناسب أو تغيير الرأي بعد إتمام الطلب.

في حال استلام منتج معيب أو غير مطابق للطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت وإرفاق صور واضحة. متى كان ذلك ممكناً، يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية، مع جميع البطاقات والتغليف. سنراجع الطلب ونقدم الحل المناسب وفقاً للأنظمة المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات.

لا تؤثر هذه السياسة على حقوق المستهلك المقررة بموجب القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات.
